 ELMER PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH ACTIVITIES

 EPC spring flowers

Chancel Choir

Our choir members are now enjoying their summer break. Summer music will begin soon.

During the rest of the year, the choir rehearses on Thursdays at 7:30 pm. Reading music is not necessary, just a desire to make a “joyful noise unto the Lord”.  If you’re interested, please come to a rehearsal and give it a try!

Bell Choir

Our Bell Choir leader, Ted Bialy, is asking those interested to sign the signup sheet in the Narthex. No need to have musical experience-just enjoy the bells!

Sunday School

Sunday School classes are held following worship service  for children aged 4 through 8th grades students.

Men’s Bible Study

This group meets on Tuesdays at 6:00 pm in the Memorial Conference room at the church. All men are invited and encouraged to bring a friend!

Women’s Bible Study

Our Women’s Bible Study is held on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at 3 pm in the fellowship hall. They are taking a summer break and will resume in the fall.

Women’s Organization

All women are invited to attend.

If you have any questions, please contact Renate Schmidt at 856-451-7606.

The Garden State Christian Women’s Luncheon

The Elmer Presbyterian Women’s Association met at Carolla’s  on June 6th for their last gathering until September. All women are invited to attend.

Please contact Vicki Price for more information.

Clothes Closet

The Clothes Closet will be open Tuesday, July 18th, from 6-7 pm, offering serviceable used clothing for children and adults in need at no cost. However, if you need assistance before then, please call the church. Due to limited space, we are now only accepting spring and summer clothing.

Worship Committee Meeting

  Next meeting TBA.

 Fellowship and Outreach Committee

Looking forward to our movie night on July 11th!

We enjoyed our mid winter covered dish luncheon on Sunday, February 12th following the worship service. After lunch, Bob Wescott presented a short talk on the “Beginning of Radio”. Bob had some early radios on display and answered questions from the group. We all learned a lot from Bob’s interesting presentation.
